PADI Open Water Diver Course – 3 Days
The PADI Open Water Diver course is the world’s most popular scuba diving certification. Over 3 days, you’ll learn the basic principles of scuba diving, develop your underwater skills, and complete four open water dives to become a certified diver.
Day 1: Knowledge Development & Confined Water Dives
- Introduction to scuba diving theory through E-learning
- Learn about dive equipment, safety rules, dive planning, and underwater communication
- Confined water sessions (usually in a pool or shallow sea): practice basic skills like mask clearing, regulator recovery, buoyancy control, and emergency procedures and alot more to convince your abilities before you are enter the open water
Day 2 – Open Water Dives 1 & 2
- Two open water dives in the ocean (up to 12 meters/40 feet)
- Apply the skills you learned in the pool
- Gain confidence and experience in a real dive environment
- Explore the underwater world while under the supervision of your instructor
Day 3 – Open Water Dives 3 & 4 + Certification
- Two additional open water dives (up to 18 meters/60 feet)
- More advanced skills and better buoyancy control
- After successful completion, you’ll earn your PADI Open Water Diver certification
- This certification is recognized worldwide and allows you to dive independently (with a buddy) up to 18 meters
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 10 years old
- Basic swimming ability and good health
- No prior scuba diving experience needed
